About me

My name is Gwen and I study Tarot, The Tree of Life, and Qabalah.
I hold an MA in Medieval Studies and a PhD in medieval literature, and spent many years working in the literary sector, primarily as a project manager, editor, and proofreader. Everything that I have studied, worked on, and experienced has led me to this point in my life, and prepared me for the research and study of Qabalah that I now find so fulfilling.
I am a member of, and volunteer for TABI, the Tarot Association of British and International Members.
I post daily on Instagram as @goldenpomt and I write the column 'Keys to the Kingdom' on Substack.
It's free to read and subscribe.
You can find videos on YouTube and TikTok in which I talk about the individual cards
in the Thoth Tarot, and the Tree of Life.

Keys to the Kingdom: Reading Tarot and the Tree of Life
is aimed at readers who are familiar with Tarot and curious about the Tree of Life.
My goal is to present the various methods I have developed as I worked with Tarot and the Tree of Life, to help you access this vast resource and nurture your connection with the Divine. I decided that the best way to share my approach is to get it all down on paper.
I also hope to show how I developed these methods, so you can develop your own
and use them with confidence.

Most people who work with the Tree of Life, and possibly also with Tarot, do so as part of their personal path of self-realisation, not as a method of doing practical readings for other people.
You can apply the principles of the Tree of Life to any Tarot reading,
but it does require its own approach.

Keys to the Kingdom will explain the approaches that I use, offering them as options that you can consider in your own work with Tarot. If you are doing a reading for someone else, and in person, you might notice one or two relationships on the Tree of Life that support or expand your intuition. If you are working on a personal reading, you have more time to consider the context of these relationships and what they might imply.
Either way, the Tree of Life offers a key to deeper connections between us and the Universe.
